Ready for Seven

37 weeks on Thursday. Christy Martin can legally deliver me at home on Thursday. I’ll start doing the running man on Friday after we get home from our week in Plano. I’m all ready…

The “nursery” is ready and boy or girl, we have a few gender neutral outfits all ready to go.
Our birthing kit and everything we need for labor, to keep the other kiddos occupied and after birth is laid out and waiting for baby’s debut.

Just a couple of weeks ago I realized that we are having another baby… I mean… we are having another baby! It hasn’t required a whole lot of preparation and we didn’t even know about or share the news of this pregnancy until the second trimester. And, since we don’t know if we will be passing down tutu’s and bows or if “Seven” will need blue jeans and baseballs… this whole thing has seemed to go by extra quickly. And soon, very soon, we will have a tiny baby to cuddle and care for. A tiny baby who will change the dynamics of our home and relationships… How did this happen again? It wasn’t in our play book, but God… He is so good to know what we need and want even before we do and when we don’t. I’m going to love this baby. I know that he or she will fit right in and life without “Seven” will soon be unimaginable.
